The Stay guide is rubber coated so that noisy clanging by the horses is dampened with the rubber coating, protects the finish as the doors are slide open and closed. Having the correct door hardware helps you door and operation of the door last longer.
Back plate has two holes for mounting and the 3/8” rod is bent so that no debris or shavings get caught in the opening. Rounded for horse safety. Made for use with a #12 screw.
