Who We Are

System Fencing Limited has been serving Southwestern Ontario for nearly 40 years, providing high-quality fencing and entry solutions for farms, estates, rural properties, and commercial sites.

As a family-owned company, our reputation has been built on introducing innovative products to the equine industry while delivering reliable, well-executed installations in the field.

What sets us apart is not just what we build — it’s how we work.

We believe in:

  • Getting the job done right the first time
  • Taking ownership of our work
  • Supporting each other as a team
  • Delivering a finished product we are proud to stand behind

In installation, that last point matters most — because the work we complete in the field is what the customer sees every day.

About the Role

This is not just a general labour role — it’s a hands-on position that plays a direct role in the quality and execution of our installations.

As part of our Fencing Team, you will work alongside an experienced Crew Lead and team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Following all health and safety guidelines on-site
  • Working collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
  • Identifying and communicating issues before they affect the final result

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Work is completed accurately, safely, and to a high standard
  • Job sites remain clean, organized, and efficient
  • Equipment is operated safely and responsibly
  • Team members can rely on your effort and consistency
  • You contribute to a positive, accountable crew environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract (AR license or willingness to obtain required for equipment operator role)
  • Experience operating equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, power tools, chainsaw)
  • Hands-on construction skills (carpentry, concrete, fencing experience are assets)
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently

Who This Role is a Good Fit For

  • Someone who takes pride in building things properly, not just quickly
