We’re a thriving Canadian-run company based in the scenic countryside of Rockwood, and we’ve recently expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility in Fergus. We’re proud to design and manufacture premium equine products, and we’re now looking to add a MIG Welder to our production team in Fergus.

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced MIG Welder who takes pride in clean welds, precision, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and follow work orders, engineered drawings, blueprints, and process specifications
- MIG weld steel parts and assemblies (GMAW)
- Confident working with steel ranging from 14-gauge to 3/4″ thickness
- Consistently maintain quality standards and attention to detail
- Finish welded parts with accuracy and care
- Work efficiently and safely under minimal supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines
- Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Willingness to work overtime when required
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 3–5 years of MIG welding experience
- 2–4 years in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Welding certifications are an asset but not required – if you’ve got the skills, we want to hear from you
- Laser welding experience an asset
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and physical activity
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining an excellent attendance record
- Team player with a positive attitude and a solution-focused approach
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 30–70 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Able to stand, bend, crouch, and move for extended periods of time
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a production setting
Perks & Details:
- Permanent, full-time position at our Fergus facility
- 4-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
