- At setting 1 the light on your panel will be green. This is the lowest setting and will automatically turn off after 10 minutes.
- To increase the setting from setting 1 to setting 2 press the on/off button once and it will increase to setting 2. The light on your panel will turn orange. Setting 2 is a stronger setting and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
- To increase from setting 2 to setting 3 press the on/off button once. The light on your panel will turn red. Setting 3 is the strongest setting and will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
