Step-in Plastic Tape Post. Plastic step in posts are recommended for a temporary fence line: in situations where you may need to contain an animal for a short period, provide extra guidance to equipment, livestock or people, or have a short term or seasonal separation in a paddock or field area. These step in posts can be used with a wide variety of fencing materials, including tape, polywire or single strands of electric fence. Used mainly for temporary fence lines, these posts are 48″ tall and have an approximately 8″ spike so are not appropriate to contain large animals intent on testing their limits for long periods of time.
Extremely easy to use and attach to fencing materials, the plastic step in post is durable enough for all weathers. It is also easily added to existing fence lines as there are ample places to attach various types of fencing. Comes in white, black and yellow (by special order) – white and yellow are particularly visible and useful for situations like arranging parking; the black looks great when you need to modify existing livestock fencing and like to keep your farm looking classic.
