Our horse stall and athletic matting is made of 100% vulcanized rubber, and is shock-absorbent and non porous. Horses living on the matting and weight lifters dropping weights on the matting will not affect the integrity of the mats. Try running or doing an aerobic workout on the mats and you will be shocked at the amount of concussion that it relieves.

Our button horse athletic matting has a smooth side that is typically installed up and a rounded button side that is usually installed facing the floor. The buttons provide more cushion when installed on concrete and help with drainage run off and packing into a horse stall base.
