This gate latch was designed for safety and security. Bolts onto posts with lag bolts, yellow zinc coating for long life. To install, mount the latch on the post (will fit on round posts and square wood posts), use the chain from the gate to hook onto the latch. Can be used with gloves or mitts, will not freeze, and can be used from horseback.
Gate chain and lag bolts are not included with this latch.
Requires two 3/8″ x 2.5″ lag bolts to mount to post.
