Welcome to this stunning 12-stall competitive reining stable. The property has been in the customer’s family for two generations and was updated in 2018 by HFH Inc. to create their ideal facility. Their areas of interestinclude breeding, showing, and training.
Stall Fronts
This barn has a unique blend of stalls chosen to suit the needs of the horses and owners. First we have stalls from our Nobleman Stall Series which feature a full grill Nobleman V door, swing-out feed door, top & bottom flanges, and a black powder coated finish. In another section of the barn they have stalls from our Freedom Stall Series featuring a full grill v door, feed door, and matching finish. In main section of the barn where the Nobleman stalls are, you will also find two standing stalls.
In the Stalls
Each stall is equipped with an automatic push waterer. The Nobleman stalls have privacy partitions, the Freedom stalls have solid partitions, and the standing stalls have a grilled partition between them. The Nobleman and standing stalls also each have their own window with opening window grill.
Barn
When walking into the barn the first thing you notice is how absolutely spotless it is kept. The next thing to capture your attention is the huge rustic chandelier in the center of the aisle. Then your eye brings you to the saddles on display under a gorgeous piece of a reining-themed canvas. Everything perfectly curated to create the best atmosphere for a Western barn. The wash stall features custom tie posts and beams, our ever-so-handy wash wand for stress-free bathing, Royal Wire blanket racks, and a non-permeable wall covering. The grooming stall across the aisle from the wash stall features custom tie posts and beams, various hooks, and cleverly designed inset cubbies by HFH for easy access of grooming and care essentials. Our elegant Dutch door hardware can be found on the barn’s entrance doors. A cozy viewing room oversees the expansive arena.
Fencing
Installation of the fencing on this property were completed by System Equine. The crew installed several kilometres of white combination fencing. There are a few smaller paddocks near the barn and a number of larger pastures up the hill that overlook the entire property and area.
The fencing type is a combination of four strands of Raceline coated wire with a topline of 5” Flex and then the posts finished with Flexcoat fence paint. It is a very practical fence choice requiring no electricity and minimal maintenance.
