The latch allows the gate to swing in either direction when the latch is released and easily operated with one hand. This gate latch is the solution if you have a horse or other livestock in one hand and you need to guide them through the gate. This gate latch prevents your fence gates from swinging and sagging. Additionally, it can be operated from horseback. The latch features the ability to accept a padlock for additional security and peace of mind when applicable.
