OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter and reside within Canada (excluding Québec) or the USA.

 

ENTRY PERIOD

Submissions open at 8AM EST on Monday, December 4, 2023, and close at 11:59PM EST on Friday, December 15, 2023.

 

HOW TO ENTER

Fill out the form above. In the "Image Upload" field, upload your best photo showcasing a System Fencing Limited (known as System Equine) product. Photos must be under 100 MB in size and a JPG or PNG file type. A valid email address is required for entry.

 

ENTRY LIMIT

One entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries per person are forbidden.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

A 150-CAD System Fencing Limited credit will be awarded to the person who submits the best photo (as determined by employees of System Fencing Limited).

A 50-CAD System Fencing Limited credit will be awarded to the person who submits the second-best photo (as determined by employees of System Fencing Limited).

 

WINNER AND RUNNER-UP SELECTION

Submissions will be judged on how well the System Fencing Limited product is showcased as well as the general quality of the photo.

 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winners will be notified by email on Monday, December 18, 2023. If we do not receive a response within one week, another winner will be chosen.

 

PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS

The appropriate credits will be added to the winners' System Fencing Limited accounts. If they do not have an account, one will be created (no additional information would be needed to do this). To place an order using the awarded credits, the winners must call 1-800-461-3362 or email [email protected].

 

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering this contest, you consent to having your submitted photo used in marketing materials by System Fencing Limited.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

By entering this contest, you consent to your email address being added to System Fencing Limited's newsletter list (you can unsubscribe at any time).
